With individuals of the world becoming more conscious of their material usage, the demand for effective recycling outlets is growing. First Mile put forward the challenge of encouraging individuals across the UK to use their new RecycleBox to help tackle the waste of single-use plastics.
After gathering insight on individual attitudes towards the issue, the main points that needed addressing were the education element and the overall awareness of the service. 
My solution worked out into two parts: social media assets to help spread awareness of the service and recyclable items and then an app for customers to use. In my strategy, these two solutions go hand in hand in raising awareness of the service and encourage the use of it.
